Catalogue Booths
The Maritime Gift Show understands the difficulties and
expenses that you experience as an exhibitor in Trade Shows. Booth costs
represent just a small portion of your costs. Your expense of shipping your
product, personal travel, hotel, and labour add up to a situation that mandates
you to have a successful Show. With economic uncertainty do you really want to
take on financial risk in order to explore new markets and Shows in which you
are uncertain about the reception your product will receive? For this reason,
the Maritime Gift Show has introduced Catalogue Booths.
What is a Catalogue Booth?
A Catalogue Booth refers only to the requirements of the Booth. It is the
same size as regular booths, 10 x 10, but does not require you to display your
product line and therefore saves you the expense of shipping. As a Catalogue
exhibitor we recommend you bring all the necessary visual information related to
your products, such as catalogues, order forms and promotional materials, as
well as a few samples to show the quality of your product.
Why would I take a Catalogue Booth?
A Catalogue Booth will save you money and allow you to explore the market
without the risk. Of course, an exhibitor with a full product line on display
for buyers to see and touch would stand to do better and you should consider
doing this in the future. However, a Catalogue Booth allows you to make an
informed decision about whether the Maritime market is right for your product
before you go all in.
Why wouldn't everyone take a Catalogue
Booth? Buyers want to see product and as
organizers of their Show we will bring that to them. It is best for the buyers
and the exhibitors. Catalogue booths will be limited to space availability and
sold only after the "Full" exhibitors have reserved their booths.
What does a Catalogue Booth cost?
A 10 x 10 is $875.00 (taxes included). If you wish to save yourself the trouble
we offer a dressed booth for $800.00 (taxes included).
A dressed booth will include floor covering, a table and four chairs and booth
signage.
What will help my Catalogue Booth?
Like any exhibit/booth you need to draw attention. Good signage, colourful
posters, a few strategic samples and an inviting atmosphere is always the best
strategy. Our buyers will be made aware of the Catalogue Booths however it will
be your salesmanship that determines your success. Give the buyer a reason to
visit and be prepared.
